This "relish" is a blend of cucumbers and Serrano peppers  that were fermented in 3% brine with dill and spices. The ferment is fairly acidic, and the Serranos give it a good kick!

Use on a hamburger or anywhere you'd enjoy a pickle.

Heat level: medium-high.

Refrigerate after opening.
